Using Offload

Offload is an iPhone app made by Temi Mogaji in the United Kingdom. By using it, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licence for apps, which you can read on Apple's website.

What Offload is, and isn't

Offload is a coaching and planning app. It is not medical, mental health or professional advice, and it is not a replacement for a doctor, a therapist or a counsellor. If you are struggling, please talk to someone. In the UK you can call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time.

Your messages

Offload writes follow-up messages, but it never sends them. You decide whether to send each one, and you are responsible for what you send.

Your information

What you write stays on your phone. Our privacy policy explains the two small exceptions.

Things we can't promise

We work hard to keep Offload working well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top will change, and anything important will be said in the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
