Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
The short version
Offload doesn't have accounts, doesn't track you, and doesn't sell anything about you. What you type stays on your phone. There are two exceptions, both explained below: writing a follow-up, and paying for your subscription.
Who we are
Offload is made by Temi Mogaji in the United Kingdom. If you have a question about your information, email temimogaji@gmail.com.
What stays on your phone
Your check-in answers, your things for today, the people you're waiting on, your six-month goal, your answers to the setup questions and everything the app works out about you are stored only on your device. We can't see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Writing a follow-up
When you tap Write a follow-up, Offload sends a few details to our server so the message can be written: who you're waiting on, what it's for, how many days it has been, how many times you have followed up, and your first name if you gave one. Our server passes these to Anthropic, which provides the AI model that writes the message, and sends the message back to your phone. We don't store these details after the message is written. Anthropic handles them under its own commercial terms and privacy policy, and does not use them to train its models.
Offload never sends a message for you. It opens your own Messages or Mail with the words filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
Paying for Offload
Your subscription is paid through Apple. Apple handles your payment details, and we never see them. To know whether your subscription is active, the app uses a service called RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives a random identifier made by the app, which isn't your name or email, along with your purchase and renewal information from Apple. It doesn't receive anything you have written in Offload.
Notifications
Morning and Sunday reminders are scheduled on your phone. They don't go through our servers.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising or tracking tools.
- We don't sell or share your information for marketing.
- We don't ask for your name, email address or contacts to use the app.
Your rights
Because your notes stay on your phone, you can see, change or delete them yourself in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes everything. Under UK data protection law you can also ask us what we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within one month.
Children
Offload isn't aimed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change, and anything important will be said in the app.
