My morning reminder doesn't arrive

Open your iPhone's Settings, tap Notifications, then Offload, and check that Allow Notifications is switched on. Your reminder comes at the check-in time you picked when you set the app up.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Offload, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep using Offload until the end of the month you've paid for.

I've got a new phone and Offload asks me to pay again

Open Offload, go to the payment screen and tap Restore purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple account, your subscription comes back. Your notes don't move between phones, because they are only ever stored on the phone you wrote them on.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app from your phone. Everything you wrote in Offload is stored only on that phone, so it goes with the app.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Offload.

Does Offload send my messages?

No. It writes the follow-up and opens your own Messages or Mail with the words filled in. You decide whether to send it.
